These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Cozanix, an official brand and operating division of Ecomnix LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.

2. Scope of Services & Custom Proposals

Cozanix provides B2B consulting and technical execution across Autonomous AI Agents, Business Workflow Automation, Digital Marketing, and Custom Software Development. Specific project deliverables, timelines, intellectual property assignments, and pricing are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreements (MSA) executed between the client and Ecomnix LLC.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified in a signed client agreement, all content, brand assets, custom vector graphics, and code on this website are the property of Ecomnix LLC (d/b/a Cozanix). Upon full payment under a Custom Software or AI Development SOW, client-specific deliverables and source code are assigned in accordance with the signed agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable United States law, Ecomnix LLC (d/b/a Cozanix) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website or reliance on any general information provided herein.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to Cozanix or Ecomnix LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
